DRUM SETS AND SNARE DRUMS

Due to the nature of our products being hand-crafted and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any of our custom products. In the event you put a down payment or deposit on an order, once the order is completed, you will have 60-days to pay your balance in full otherwise your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. 

MERCH AND APPAREL 

If your merchandise is damaged, please email info@FranklinDrums.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 24-hours of receiving. We do no offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
