This Privacy Policy is posted by the Franklin Drum Company, (“Franklin Drums, Franklin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and applies to personal information collected and/or processed by the Franklin Drum Company in connection with (1) the purchase and sale of the Franklin Drum products, regardless of the brand name (collectively, the “Products”); (2) any Franklin Drum Company website where this Privacy Policy is posted, including without limitation FranklinDrums.com (collectively, the “Websites”); (3) your communications with us, whether as a customer, artist, vendor, visitor to the Websites, or otherwise; and (4) any other service or activity where this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the “Products and Services”). 

The Franklin Drum Company respects the privacy of our customers and visitors to our Websites. Please read this Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share, process, store, and secure your personal information.

The Franklin Drum Company collects the personal information of our existing and prospective customers for the purpose of selling or providing them our Products. Please note that if you purchase any Products online, you may also be required to enter payment information in order to complete your purchase. Any such payment card information is collected, processed, and stored by our third-party partners. Separately, in certain limited scenarios, we may collect and store payment card information (e.g., if you are an artist or a dealer) to facilitate our transactions with you. 

You may also provide us with personal information when you contact us directly via phone, email, or any other method made available to you online. In all such instances you know what information we collect because you provide it to us directly. 

Please note that we may receive your personal information from dealers or distributors of our Products, or from our media partners in connection with contests and promotions, where you have opted in to receive information from a participating brand. 

We may also collect the following, either directly from you or in connection with our web capture and analytics tools: (1) demographic data, such as age, sex, race/ethnicity, parental status, marital status, ZIP code, and income and education levels; (2) information about your interests, experiences, and behaviors; and (3) information about your browsing and web property interactions when you visit one of our Websites. 

In connection with certain software products offered by the Franklin Drum Company, we may assign a unique identifier to your device in order to facilitate your use of the software. 

Finally, we may also collect certain personal information when you engage with us via social media. In those instances, we will know whatever personal information you have made available on your social media profile. The Websites may be accessed abroad. All personal information collected by the Franklin Drum Company will be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which the Franklin Drum Company or its affiliates, contractors or agents maintain facilities.
