In the event you put a down payment or deposit on an order, once the order is completed, you will have 60-days to pay your balance in full otherwise your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.  **MERCH AND APPAREL**  If your merchandise is damaged, please email **[info@FranklinDrums.com](mailto:info@FranklinDrums.com)** with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 24-hours of receiving. We do no offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
